F1-B:  CREATIVE GARNISHING (Hale Koa) - Join the Hale Koa staff as they show how to use garnishing to add dazzle to your dishes.

 

F1-C: ARMED FOR ENTERTAINING TIPS (MSgt Payne/TSgt Bragg)- This workshop will entail a cooking demonstration from the Armed for  Entertaining Book along with a session of proper dining etiquette.  A fun filled atmosphere open to any and all questions!

 

F1-D: RESUME WRITING (FFSC) – Back to Work Provides the basics of writing a resume, how to identify skills and develop skill statements.   Learn what information and skills should go into your resume so it stands out among the rest.

 

F1-E: START YOUR ENGINES (Tate) - How to change tires, check fluids and basic maintenance and auto care.

 

F1-F: BASKET WEAVING   (McKinney) Weave your own reindeer.  A contemporary way to learn the beginning techniques of basket weaving.

 

F1-G: GROWING ORCHIDS (Speer) - An introduction to orchid history and common species, followed by a hands-on period of orchid planting.

 

F1-H: LEI MAKING (Higa) – Learn about the various types of Hawaiian lei – meaning, history and etiquette.  Have fun participating in two different lei making demonstrations.  Some of Hawaii’s most exquisite lei will be on display for you to see, smell and touch.

 

F1-I: HICKAM HORTICULTURE TOUR (Iwamoto) Recognized as the “Pearl of the Pacific”, and the recipient of numerous awards from the Defense Department, Outdoor Circle, and the National Arbor Foundation, tour Hickam with the Landscape Architect.

 

F1-J: JPAC – Learn about the Joint Personnel Accounting Command, whose mission is to achieve the fullest possible accounting of all missing Americans from past conflicts.

F2-D:  TOP TEN  MONEY MISTAKES (MOAA)- Don’t sweat the small stuff?  Not true when it comes to money!  We will examine 10 common money mistakes – large and small – and how you can avoid them to improve your financial situation and achieve your goals.

F2-E: TROPICAL DRINKS (Hickam Club) Get ready for your next party by learning how to mix tropical drinks to perfection.  (You must be 21 years old with valid ID to attend this workshop.)

 

F2-F: PARENTING WORKSHOP (AFRC) – Helpful workshop for parents with young children.  Learn methods for handling undesirable behaviors in your children and healthy ways to react.
