"We are honored that Susan Page, a military spouse, writer, and entrepreneur has accepted our invitation to be the guest speaker at the 2010 Joint Spouses' Conference."

Over the past 26 years, Susan Page has been a writer, entrepreneur, model and talent agent, marketer, actor, speaker, and volunteer for humanitarian causes. For even longer, she has been a military daughter, wife, widow, and mother. Her passion is to bring attention to those among us who represent service and sacrifice, our men and women in uniform.  In 1984, as a young Marine Corps widow with two children, she founded Susan Page Modeling and Talent in Honolulu, still highly successful after 25 years. She also co-founded Freeze Frame Fashion Photography in southern California with franchises in Japan, and Indonesia, which she sold. Educated in theater, film and television production, she has produced television commercials, videos, and has over 1500 television commercials to her credit as principle talent. A former Miss Texas and Miss America semi-finalist, she has judged many talent competitions, including ABC’s Star Search. For 17 years, Susan has been a columnist for MidWeek, Honolulu’s most popular news magazine, often writing about our heroic servicemen and women. Susan co-hosted the Kapiolani Children's Miracle Network telethon for 24 years and has served as a director on the boards of the Kapiolani Health Foundation, Women In Need, and as Vice-chair of Heart for Africa, a faith-based organization partnering with orphanages in Kenya and Swaziland. She has been on 9 mission trips to Africa since 2005. Susan is married to retired Navy Captain Jerry Coffee, well known inspirational speaker and former 7-year Vietnam P.O.W.  They have 6 grown children and 8 grandchildren and live in Aiea, Hawaii.
