REGISTRATION DATES & DEADLINE:   September 8 – October 6, 2007

ONLINE REGISTRATION:   Credit cards accepted online.          

DEADLINE:   Registration must be completed online or via mail postmarked no later than October 6, 2007.  

CONFERENCE DATES:    October 19 & 20, 2007     

WHERE:    Hickam Air Force Base Officers’ Club. (Map available on website)  

WHO MAY ATTEND:    Spouses of all ranks- active duty, reserve, and retired military, to include National Guard, and spouses of international military assigned to U.S. units. 

COST:    The registration fee is $30 for both days; $20 for Friday  only; or $20 for Saturday only.  This fee provides for conference materials, workshop participation, and continental breakfast and lunch each day.

REGISTRATION:  Registration is limited to the first 300 registrations.  Register online at www.jschawaii.com or via mail using a registration form sent to JSC,  P.O. Box 854, Aiea, HI 96701.   No registration will take place at the conference. For each workshop session, select your first, second and third workshop preferences. Class sizes are limited; class registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.  If you do not provide an alternate workshop choice and your first choice is full, you will be randomly assigned to another workshop. Every effort will be made to place you in the workshops you have chosen, but you will not be  allowed to change workshops once your registration is confirmed.  If conference registration is full, those not able to be registered will have their checks returned.  

SCHEDULE:   Your schedule of workshops and room assignments will be available during check-in. 

TRANSPORTATION TO OFFSITE WORKSHOPS:

Trolley/van   transportation will be provided from the Hickam Air Force Base Officers’ Club to designated offsite workshops.

CANCELLATIONS:   There are no refunds for cancellations.  If you are unable to attend, you may find a substitute to take your place and attend your confirmed classes.

CHILDCARE:    Childcare is not available at the conference.  Infants and children are not permitted at the conference!
