IMPORTANT CHILD CARE UPDATE

Effective October 8, 2011

ALL those who sent in the required child care registration documents AND deployment/TDY orders/command letters have been contacted as of October 7, 2011 and have a reserved child care slot for their child(ren).

If a last minute deployment or TDY/TAD comes up between now and the day of the conference, please contact Melissa Sevier, JSC Child Care Coordinator at meldropper130@yahoo.com

 There are a few limited spots available on a first come first served basis for those who can provide documents showing their spouse is deployed or TDY the day of the conference.

 Due to the large number of school-aged children ages 5 years to 12 years old, this age group will be located at the School Age Child Care building at 1335A just a few blocks from the Main CDC.

Children from 6 weeks to 5 years old will be located at the Main CDC located at Bldg. 1597 at 80 Liliwai Street.

Children can be dropped off anytime but for those who want to be there for the Opening Ceremony at 8:15, please drop off children NO LATER THAN 8:00 a.m. to allow enough time for JSC Registration and finding a seat for breakfast.

Children MUST be picked up no later than 6:00pm.

 A $1 per minute late fee will be charged to the parent of each child.

JSC will not be held responsible for late pick-up fees.
